CASTING
MPP has large range of HPDC machines from 350T to 1650T utilizing the state of the art casting technology. Some of our capabilities include vacuum and squeeze technology. MPP utilizes thermal imaging for process control.
MACHINING
MPP utilizes over 100 machining centers, CNC lathes and special machining process including automated assembly, leak testing and inspection processes

DIE MAINTENANCE
MPP has highly skilled Maintenance group. Majority of die repair is carried out in-house including using wire EDM equipment. MPP utilize 3-D scanner to confirm die repairs and has a well-established die PM program.
QUALITY ASSURANCE
MPP has incorporated automated QA inspection in several product lines by utilizing in-line inspection and vision system in addition to daily CMM and fit & function checks.
